Terms and Conditions
You must be 18 years or older to reserve a design.
All purchases made on this site are nonrefundable. If for some reason the customer/client requires to be rescheduled, they must give 72 hours notice before the date and time of the appointment. The artist will then honor the reserved design/purchase and will proceed to rescheduling the appointment date & time. If 72 hours notice is not given, the design will be forfeited unless the customer/client choses to pay a second payment of the same amount to create a new appointment. If the artist is unable to make the appointment the day of, they will reschedule you as soon as available, yet you are entitled to request 50$ of the deposit back via Venmo if you choose to cancel the appointment all together (you will not be refunded via the same payment method, you will be refunded via Venmo or PayPal. The 4$ transaction fee is no refundable, you will only receive a 50$ refund through as stated, PayPal or Venmo).
The customer/client will not receive a physical or digital copy of any product unless indicated. What is being sold is a service, a design meant to be applied onto the skin using a process called tattooing.
The $54.00 payed is for securing the design chosen to be tattooed on a selected date. The customer/client is responsible to select a date BEFORE finalizing the purchase of the design. 50$ is the initial deposit amount and the $4 dollars is to cover the surcharge fees for payment that go through the website.
Acknowledgements on the booking form are as follows and must be agreed upon before any purchases are made on the website.
I acknowledge I have been advised of the facts and matters set forth below and I agree as follows:
• If I have diabetes, epilepsy, hepatitis, hemophilia, HIV-AIDS or any other communicable disease, heart condition or take medicine which thins the blood I have informed my tattooer.
• I am not pregnant or nursing. I am not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• I acknowledge it is not possible for the person tattooing me to determine whether I might have an allergic reaction to the pigments or processes used in my tattoo, and I agree to accept the risk that such a reaction is possible.
• I acknowledge that infection is always possible as a result of the obtaining of a tattoo. I recognize that my tattooer is not responsible for the way I take care of my tattoo at home. I agree to follow aftercare instructions while my tattoo is healing.
• I realize that variations in color and design may exist between any tattoo as selected by me and as ultimately applied to my body.
• I understand that if I have any skin treatments, laser hair removal, cosmetic surgery or other skin altering procedures as well as sun exposure without proper protection (sunscreen) it may result in changes to my tattoo.
• I acknowledge that a tattoo is a permanent change to my appearance and do not hold my tattooer liable for or of the ability to later change or remove my tattoo.
• I understand that the tattoo artist that will be tattooing me is considered an apprentice and is not a fully licensed tattoo artist as recognized by the city of Philadelphia as of now 2022.
• I acknowledge I am over the age of eighteen and that I have truthfully represented to my tattooer that the obtaining of a tattoo is by my choice alone.
• I fully understand the tattoo artist does not act as a medical professional.
• I agree to release and discharge my artist from any and all claims, damages, or legal actions arising from or connected to my tattoo and the procedure used in the application of my tattoo.
• I recognize that my tattoo artist is not responsible for the after care and what I do once I leave the studio where my tattoo was made.
• I consent to the application of the tattoo. My tattoo artist and I recognize that I may revoke this consent at any time before or during the tattoo procedure.
