All designs are unique and will only be tattooed once. Exceptions are made for matching tattoos.
There are a few designs available called Prolific that are true “flash” and can and will be tattooed on more than one individual.
If a design is sold out it is no longer available.
No custom requests will be taken at this time.
I do not change the color of my work unless it is to alter a color for BIPOC folks who need a color to complement their skin tone.
I add new designs when they are ready and announce their release via my email newsletter first, then on Instagram a few days later.

It is best that you do not have anything else planned the day of your tattoo as one can never be sure how long the process will take.
The tattooing process takes a bit of preparation so you’ll have some wait time while the artist gets ready to receive you at their station. Bringing a book can help pass the time.
Don’t hesitate to ask for a snack break. We will take as many breaks as needed. Tattooing is not only painful for the client but can be painful and tiring for the artist as well.
It is normal to be nervous and you can absolutely let me know; I am here to accompany you and make your time with me as pleasant as possible.
Don’t ever feel the need to apologize for body hair.
Asking for a break is 100% okay.

It is important to be fed and hydrated before your appointment.

Please refer here for detailed information concerning the healing process, including what to do, what products I recommend and more.
If you think you are having an issue during the healing process, please feel free to email me a clear picture of the tattoo so I can assess and advise. If the issue seems severe, please contact a healthcare professional or/and visit a pharmacy to ask their advice on what to do. (Ask if they have experiences with tattoos.)
Everyone’s skin is different and reacts and heals differently.
Please note that it is quite common for about 85%-90% of the ink to stay in the skin, and 10%-15% to fall out during the healing process. It is important that you send me healed pictures of your tattoo so I can see how it is evolving.

If needed, I provide one free touch-up session, up to one hour. This must be done within one year of your initial appointment. Depending on the size of the piece, more than one hour may be required. In that case, you will be billed accordingly. Email me with a clear photo of your tattoo with “Touch Up” in the subject line to inquire about how to proceed.
If you require a large surface touch-up, this is considered a second session. Our first session was to lay down the base layer of the tattoo and see how your skin would take the ink — if a significant amount of ink has been lost, then we can move forward with a second session.

If you really want to reserve a flash and can’t yet set an appointment date, you do so at your own risk. If you do, I highly recommend that you sign up for my email list to learn when my books open and then make sure you book your appointment right away. The slots fill up quickly.
PLEASE NOTE that I am not always in Philadelphia. I am sometimes out of town for months at a time.
With that said, if you would still like to go ahead and do this, you may. Keep in mind that the deposit is nonrefundable and that you are responsible for reserving your appointment slot when available.
If you don’t book within one year of reserving the design, your deposit is forfeited and the design is made available to others.
If you proceed with this method, after you submit your deposit, email me with the subject line “I reserved a flash for the future.” Include a screenshot of the flash you have chosen and in the body “I hope to see you soon” (keeping it very short and simple). That email will then go into a folder that I will keep for one year; if the appointment was not able to be taken within that year the deposit will be forfeited and the design will be made available again.

Please let me know before booking & reserving your design if you have a budget.
It is hard for me to determine my prices ahead of time or even give an estimate due to often not knowing how long the tattoo will take. I will try my best to work with you but I will have to decline if I don’t think I can meet a certain budget.
I wish I could work with people’s budget and be more flexible, but keep in mind that a tattoo is a luxury.

All surfaces (Not limited to but including: floor, tables, chairs; everything in the general area of where the tattoo will/has taken place) gets thoroughly cleaned with a medical grade cleaner, both before and after the tattoo procedure. I/we respect the time indicated on cleaner to insure all Blood Borne Pathogens have been eradicated.
Surfaces that could/do come in contact with the clients are covered with a medical grade protective sheet (Not limited to but including: chairs, arm rest, table, lighting, headrest, etc.), as well as cleaned before and after the tattoo procedure.
Disposable products are used throughout the procedure and disposed of once used during or after each client. (Not limited to but including: ink caps for ink, needles, cups, bibs, protective film, gloves, etc.)
All needles are sterile until open and disposed of once used. Never is a needle used on more than one client.
All material that comes in contact with a none sanitized surface is disposed of (ex: needle falls on the ground, the area where the needle has come in contact with is cleaned and the needle is properly disposed of).
New gloves are used throughout the session, (Not limited to but including: Every time a break is taken, or something needs to be picked up that has not been sanitized; picking up a phone, picking up a cup to drink, ect.)
Non-disposable tools that come into close contact with clients include Tattoo machines & Power supply. These are properly cleaned with a medical grade cleaner before and after each procedure as well as properly covered with specially designed disposable protective shield before each session and removed after each session.
* The use of an autoclave is not required as the machine used works with a cartridge system of disposable needles. This system does not allow for ANY hazardous material (BBP) to enter/contaminate the machine due to the technology used. The machine used is also able to be fully taken appart to ensure it be entirely cleaned (there are no nooks and crannies, every part is able to be properly sanitized). — On top of the machine being fully protected with a protective film.
